Ongoing program work and on-demand services and support
We offer two types of on-demand services: (a) ongoing support for programs, usually over a long period (e.g., 6 months to 3 years or more), and (b) on-demand support, usually in response to specific issues. Note:
- Both of these services are charged based on actual time required to provide the support, in 15-minute intervals. For example, a simple reply to an email question might take 20 minutes (rounded down to 15 minutes), or a Teams meeting may run for 1 hour and 10 minutes (charged at 1 hour and 15 minutes).
- You may not be charged for these services if they total less than 60 minutes in a month.
Please also be aware that, from January 2026, we are unable to commit to any ongoing program of work that extends beyond December 2026.
