I am an experienced, Melbourne-based, information management and Office 365/SharePoint specialist with almost 40 years of direct, practical experience and working knowledge across the spectrum of information, records and content management issues in Australia and New Zealand. I have worked with or administered a range of business and information and enterprise content management systems including Office 365 (Global Admin), SharePoint (2010 to SharePoint Online), TRIM (now Content Manager) (2007 - 2012) and, before 2009, EMC Documentum and Alfresco.

  • Technologies that may be utilised to manage information and records.
  • The theory and practice behind the long term accessibility of information, including how information is described through metadata and how such metadata might bring together information in contexts that were hitherto considerable not possible or at least required human intervention.
