On-demand support

We can provide on-demand support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online/OneDrive for Business and MS Teams (and some other parts of the Microsoft 365 environment). This support, which is billed in 15 minute intervals, is usually provided by email and covers the following subjects:
- How to use SharePoint, including creating new pages, libraries and lists.
- Managing and resolving permissions.
- Creating, applying and using metadata.
- Using versioning, including to restore items.
- Help with co-authoring issues.
- Using the Recycle Bin to recover items deleted within 90 days.
- More complex tasks.
- Monitoring site usage.
- Other Microsoft 365 issues and apps.
