On demand support for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online

Subject to availability and capacity at any given time, I provide on-demand support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online/OneDrive and MS Teams (and other parts of the Microsoft 365 environment). This support covers the following subjects:

Problems with using SharePoint, including creating new pages, libraries and lists.
Managing and resolving permissions. (The majority of on-demand requests relate to this subject)
How to create, apply and use metadata.
How to access and use versioning, including to restore items, and links with audit logs.
Help with co-authoring issues.
Using the Recycle Bin to recover items deleted within 90 days.
Monitoring site usage.
Resolving other Microsoft 365 issues and apps.
